Antonio's Famous Chocolate Cake

Add the following into a mixing bowl, and mix:
Add the following into a separate bowl, and leave untouched for 10 minutes (to create buttermilk)

1 1/2 cups regular milk

1 1/2 tablespoon vinegar
Into the original bowl, add the following:

1/2 cup vegetable oil

2 eggs
-
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring

Add the buttermilk into the original bowl.

Mix everything together with a blender at high speed (for about 4 minutes)

Line baking pan with butter or oil.

Place mixture into baking pan.

Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.
